Balanced Movement For A Better Run
Running a marathon involves standing on one leg and then the other for hours on end. This requires focus and a high level of overall fitness. There are ten recognized general physical skills and you are only as fit as you are competent in each of these skills. Balance within these disciplines increases efficiency and reduces your risk of injury. This interactive workshop will focus on the importance of developing these skills and basic exercises to improve your fitness and better your run.  By Dr. Jason Wolstenholme
