IMPROVING YOUR RUNNING FORM
Slow video analysis of today's professional long distance runners.  Today\'s top runners have dramatically varying patterns.  We will review today\'s professional long distance runners, male and female, (Ryan Hall, Meb K, Haile Gebrselassie, Radcliff, Goucher, etc.) and emphasize how and why different running forms can all be extremely successful.  Included are some safe drills and important self-assessments to help you improve your own running form.
